Project Description

New Sunroom and Remodeled Kitchen

The owners of this pristine ranch-style home in Arroyo Grande’s Rancho Grande subdivision were pleased with their location and called on us to help them bring their dreams to reality. After surveying their property and getting a clear picture of their ideas, our team of expert craftsmen set out to transform a house into a dream home.

The finished work includes a spacious sunroom, cathedral ceiling kitchen, remodeled dining area, wine storage and a custom-designed front door/entry.

Robertson Builders did an outstanding job on a major remodel project on our 120 yr. old Victorian, which involved a demolition of some existing structure, rebuilding a 3-story extension from the foundation up and remodeling the kitchen. Everyone working for Robertson, including their hand-picked subs, conduct themselves as true professionals and did high quality work. It was a pleasure to work with them and I have already hired them to do some follow-up work.
