A couple was retiring from Southern California up to Central Cost Living and wanted to build their dream home.
This unique contemporary style custom home rests on an even more unique building site. Because of the steepness of the property, extensive grading, sidewalls, and foundation work was required to allow this home to achieve its full potential.

- Everything in this house is custom from the cabinetry and countertops in the kitchen to the shower in the master bath, the wood flooring throughout, and the quad-slider doors to take advantage of the exquisite country view.
